We are back with another National Culinary Arts Month feature! SCI provides resources and accessible tools to the people we support to ensure they can do what they love. Jules Sherred, an author with a disability, had the same goal. After feeling frustrated with the lack of accessibility, Jules published a cookbook with tips and tools for others with disabilities.
“Everything out there was written by able-bodied people, and none of them worked for me. And none of them worked for my friends,” expressed Jules in an interview with CBC.
