New Team Member Training!

What are we up to, you ask? Oh, just another momentous day of training and welcoming our New Team Members. We are thrilled to meet, train, and support our newest members, who are genuinely enthusiastic about supporting others in the community. SCI Team Members work side-by-side with people and their families, advocating for their choices and creating plans that align with their individual goals. This work is both transformative and enriching.

“The SCI team was warm and welcoming; even after the initial interview process, they constantly reached out to me leading up to my first day of training. So, I felt like it would just be a welcoming place for me to work,” notes Danene when reflecting on her first day at SCI.

We recognize that we wouldn’t be who we are without our amazing and dedicated Team Members, so we do all we can to support their journey from the beginning and throughout their entire career with SCI. Together, we form an unstoppable team that extends far beyond ourselves, providing services and resources that change the lives of the people and communities we support.
