As advised by MDH and DDA, SCI has adjusted how case manager responsibilities are carried out to support the health and safety of both those we support and our team members during the COVID-19 pandemic. For both our Support Planning and CCS programs, visits and meetings are being held remotely, routine check-ins are being scheduled and resources are being compiled to support clear communication and guidance for those we support. In addition, our programs have established coverage plans should our workforce be reduced due to COVID-19.
Along with the state and health organizations, we continue to monitor the matter and will share updates as they become available. If you have questions or need additional resources, please continue to reach out to your SCI Service Coordinator or SCI Supports Planner.
Your voice matters! If you have suggestions or recommendations,
please email us @ info@sc-inc.org. Thank you!
