SCI Organizational Changes – September

New DDA/TCM Supervisor (Southern Region)

We are pleased to announce that Shakeela Gray has been selected as a new supervisor (DDA/TCM program) in Southern Region; she will join the Southern Region supervisor team effective 9/15/2019. Shakeela served briefly as a service coordinator in Howard County before transferring to Southern Region in 2017. During her time as a service coordinator, she has served as a regional point person for Transitioning Youth and has represented SCI at multiple county Transitioning Youth fairs. She has utilized her educational background in mental health counseling and sociology with a concentration in criminal justice to bring additional expertise to the southern region.

New SPS Supervisior

We are pleased to announce that Lauren Durham has been selected as a new SPS supervisor effective 10/7/2019. Lauren served as a service coordinator in Baltimore County for almost 4 years before transferring to the SPS program in March 2019. She was one of the organization’s first three Supports Planners and has been an integral of the SPS program’s develop. She is the facilitator of the SPS Procedures Committee and assists with procedural development and procedural trainings. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Deaf Studies and Minor in Psychology.
