November Organization Changes

We are pleased to announce that Holly Fanning will be joining the Carroll County supervisor team effective 11/1/2018. Holly joined SCI as a Carroll County CCS in 2015 and was promoted to her current supervisory role with the Pikesville team in 2017.

She holds a MS in Legal Studies from Kaplan University and a BA in Family and Human Services from Towson University. Holly uses her legal knowledge to educate families about special needs trusts and guardianship alternatives. She is currently a member of the Case Management committee, Supervisor Procedures committee, PCP committee, and Veterans committee.

We are also pleased to announce that Autrese Thornton has been promoted to a supervisor position in the Pikesville catchment area effective November 12th. Autrese has over 15 years’ experience in Human Services including as a teacher, special educator, mentor and assistant principal.
